Joe Trinity, I'm guessing hes the owner of Trinity Plumbing, came to my place and replaced my A. O. Smith tankless water heater and charged 1500 for the water heater plus labor. One year later it starts leaking so I call a different plumber. He finds out that the water was replaced by Joe Trinity under warranty. The manufacturer now no longer honors the warranty because this is the 3rd problem with it at my house in 4 years. I've since changed to a different brand stainless steel core heater and solved problem. So when I contact Joe Trinity with the return authorization number HE used to get MY heater replaced free and then charged me for it he doesn't respond. I tried disputing the credit card to no avail as he lied to them also. This is probably a crime but I'm not pursuing it. To top it off he takes a picture and posts it on Facebook for his business and asking people to call him with their plumbing needs. I'm posting the pic. DON'T USE. CROOKED, LIAR. TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CIT
Trinity Plumbing was a mixed bag. They replaced some faucets on the outside of my house, and I was pretty pleased (5 stars). But my initial call (the faucets were a "while you're here, could you" work order) was for them to clear a drain. And you'd think with the word "Drain" in their company name, the guy they sent would know how to clear it. But all he managed to do was punch some holes in my drywall and push the clog on down a bit so that it was stopped back up in just under two weeks. Okay, so it needed more work. And that's when Trinity -really- dropped the ball. Spent about a month trying to get them to call me back and schedule a time to come take another look. Lots of dropped calls, ignored texts, and so forth. Ended up going with another plumbing company, who was cheaper (flat rate), had a guarantee on their drain work for 30 days, and actually seemed to want my business. (0 stars for Trinity's drain service since they didn't really fix it or show any interest in stand
I gave them a 1 because there is not a zero or minus or legitimized theft category. I Bought a water heater at Home Depot who contacted Trinity as their installer at the time. Asked Trinity numerous times for a quote about the labor charge to put in the water heater. Every time they were evasive and talked in generalities about well it depends on what we get into we may have to move a wall. My install was simply an open garage and Austin showed up with a water heater that was originally from Home Depot but not the one I had asked for and I took it anyway. He then installed it and was gone in just under one hour. As he left he plopped a bill in front of me with a $650 labor charge for less than one hours work. I spoke with Home Depot and they told me that Trinity is no longer there installer and they moved on to Paschal. Just a word of warning if you use trinity take their evasiveness just for what it is. A big warning. Don’t let it happen to you. $650 labor charge for less than one
