Efficient Air Heating & Cooling

I called Efficient Air after a no show from on AC company and a hard up sell from another. I wanted a c-wire installed / connected for my smart thermostat. The technician Armando was great! He listened to what I needed done ( which is rare) and he did the job . No miss no fuss and zero drama up sell. I have found my new AC company to service all of my rental units from now on. "Our home warranty originally set us up with a different company when our AC went out in the middle of summer. We had a horrible experience with them so they sent us out Efficient Air instead. Jesus was the technician and he was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to locate the problem and order the part we needed. When the part came in, he installed it quickly and our unit is running great now! He even tried calling us the day before he was supposed to come because he had extra time at the end of his day, even though we missed his phone call, we appreciate him trying to come early. The only complaint I have is the receptionist, even though she was polite, she seemed a little overwhelmed and scattered. It's the middle of summer in Arizona so I bet she has her hands full but we feel like there could be improvements in that area. I have American HOME Shield they sent out Efficient AIR. The tech was Lee to check it out and the diagnosis he found a leak in the evaporator coil. He was great and did a great job. When the part came in Bobby and Dennis were sent out to install it again great service a/c and heat are great. The office staff I spoke with Andrew was friendly and answered all my questions and one of the ladies I spoke with was also very polite. I would highly recommend this company.
