I have American HOME Shield they sent out Efficient AIR. The tech was Lee to check it out and the diagnosis he found a leak in the evaporator coil. He was great and did a great job. When the part came in Bobby and Dennis were sent out to install it again great service a/c and heat are great. The office staff I spoke with Andrew was friendly and answered all my questions and one of the ladies I spoke with was also very polite. I would highly recommend this company. I just signed contract with Jonathan for new A/C. We will be receiving a couple portable units to get us through until install date on Monday 7-25-2022. I will update review once new A/C is installed. I am happy with professionalism and knowledge so far! Can't wait for installation day!
