Jacob (technician) provided excellent service. They promptly responded to my request and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my air conditioner. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC now works perfectly. "Our home warranty originally set us up with a different company when our AC went out in the middle of summer. We had a horrible experience with them so they sent us out Efficient Air instead. Jesus was the technician and he was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to locate the problem and order the part we needed. When the part came in, he installed it quickly and our unit is running great now! He even tried calling us the day before he was supposed to come because he had extra time at the end of his day, even though we missed his phone call, we appreciate him trying to come early. The only complaint I have is the receptionist, even though she was polite, she seemed a little overwhelmed and scattered. I was referred to Efficient Air by a friend who also owns rental properties in AZ to replace or repair air conditioning units. I called Efficient Air and within a few hours, Mike was at my rental property to assess what was wrong with my current AC unit. He was good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. He kept me informed on the day when his team was there to replace the unit. He also took pictures of the new unit that they put in and sent to me as he understands that I wasn't physically there.
