Used Barrett Plumbing & Drain for a second opinion after a giant Plumbing company told us we had to dig up our yard for a pipe separation. Austin came in and had the issue properly diagnosed and repaired. No digging up our yard necessary. Barrett Plumbing operates with integrity. They could have took us for all our money but instead he was fair, honest and skilled. Could not be happier and will suggest this company to anyone. He was on time and informative. He had to replace our water heater completely. He was only supposed to replace heating elements and it turned out that we needed to replace. He had stock and went to pick up and replaced that day! He didn't say I will schedule for tomorrow like most commercial companies say when that was not the original plan. He also had great prices. Gave his opinion as if it was his home and what he would do. He also recommended against a rebuild due to cost efficiency and us wanting to replace eventually. So we just did it. Would recommend and he lives in our community. Will use for any and all future plumbing needs!
