A/C ExperTek Service and Installation

Thank you, to the lady that answered the phone as she went out of her way to get us fixed up on Saturday instead of Sunday, and to Derek for going out of their way to get our A/C running. My wife and I are elderly and we would not have been able to stand the heat over night. Derek had it up and running in nothing flat. I woke up in the middle of the night to a very hot house. Called several companies to see about repairs. Left several messages. A/C ExperTek was the only one who actually answered their phone. They scheduled a same day appointment. Robert, the technician, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the parts for my 15 year old unit on hand, but he was able to find them and install them at 6am the following day. Very satisfied with their services. Highly recommend.
