No, time, nice service uniform, great job explaining how the unit was doing. Due to this well done job inspection, we joined up for there yearly service. Check it out, it's worth the saving. During a major heatwave I was very happy to get a call back right away (on a Saturday evening) and our air was fixed less than 24 hours after my initial call! George came out the next day and fixed the initial issue. It was the weekend, and he could have rushed off to his next appointment, but he had a hunch there was another issue with our system, so he did a though inspection and ran a leak check and found our freon was also low. So glad he was thorough and averted another inevitable emergency! He assured us our 10-year-old system was running great and didn't try to upsell us into replacing it! I also appreciate that I got a follow up text a week later asking how everything was running! l will definitely call again and recommend to friends and neighbors! Service: HVAC system repair
