Samuel and Matthew did an excellent job. Very thorough, quick quote process. I own a small business and I'm very intuitive, I know when I'm getting bunk and when people are honest. These people know what they're doing, and they're intention is honest and good. We had another company come in before them who was suggesting all sorts of work that didn't need to happen, they would have cost us unnecessary contracting work if we had went with them - and, they were listed as one of the best & largest residential / commercial companies in the valley on Google. 1000's of positive reviews. We turned them away, and contacted Bolt. We found out what we suspected was confirmed when Bolt came to do the estimate, that we were told a # of things wrong by the former technician in their approach of doing the work. Bolt was able to finish the job to install a dedicated line and outlet for a large appliance that day with only one small 3x3 hole in our wall - not 20 holes like the other company said was n

I just wanted to say we've used this company twice, once to replace the stove top and one for a socket in the back yard, both times, Will came; he's professional and personable and if management sees this, he deserves a raise! I've tried to work with a few other electricians / companies and there has been some sort of "issue" whether it's scheduling, or lack of clarity, or just super delayed responses. Bolt Electric has been beyond amazing to work with since I first contacted them via Yelp. To start, Stephanie has been super kind and very responsive when it comes to scheduling, answering questions, and letting me know when an electrician is on their way. This started things off on the right foot for sure! Then my electrician Sam arrived. Wow is he AWESOME! Sam was very patient with every little question and request I had while also being extremely clear and informative with every answer. I had Sam out to do an estimate on some panel maintenance / safety check and adding a new EV charger / Circuit to my garage. I then had some additional questions and asked he come back out to discuss some additional changes to what I was originally thinking.
