Bob came on a Sunday to diagnose and repair our AC unit. It was 107 outside and he had the western sun on his back. He was efficient and fair. Was referred to Degree by my home warranty company. My central air suddenly stopped working and due to health issues I needed some fast service. I spoke with Ryan regarding my situation. The next day Lincoln arrived to look at my system and identified many issues. A date to fix the problems was set. Much to my surprise and excitement a crew arrived the following day to install the needed equipment.
