I called to inquiry about estimate for couple repairs for the buyers who are currently under contract and ready to move in, but he never let me explain anything in detail, keep interrupting and shutting me off as I tried to explain. Maybe he is very good at what he does, but i recommend him to improve his customer service skill.

Mike did a GREAT job! Is professional, courteous, timely, quick and thorough. He did a perfect job on my drywall by the shower and re-caulked the area as well as replace toilet innards. He also is more than fair in price, and less expensive the other three quotes. Oh yeah, and when he got out here and saw it wasn't as damaged as he thought it had looked...the price went down. THAT is honesty for you. Thanks Mike!

Mike was too busy at the time but glad fully offered me an idea or two and to use butterfly anchored screws for my drywall problem. It worked perfectly! The advice for free went so far and I appreciate his help so much. All in all, Mike was awesome and such a genuine guy!
