Our tech was very professional. I feel he did a thorough job as far as the maintenance he performed on our unit. He let us know that our unit is old (14yrs) and soon it will need to be replaced. Of course it wasn't anything we wanted to hear but knew it was happening. So I have agreed to sit down with somebody and figure out what our options are going to be. I have not yet made the appointment but I'm going to and then I can do the review for the rest of this. So far I'm very happy. Thank you, Mason Service: HVAC system maintenance

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Mason Pro Services is a top notch company. Whatever they are paying David Johnson is not enough. Honestly, David was the most focused, competent, professional service person to ever enter our home. Once the source was located, his partner Stevie fixed the leak. Before he was even done soldering the pipes, the Restoration Company arrived because David notified them. Unbelievable! What could have been a very stressful day, turned into a hassle free situation due 100% due to David & Stevie from Mason Pro Services.
