Mason Pro Services is one of the very best companies operating in the Phoenix Metro area. I've used them for AC (four new Trains over the years -- all excellent; electrical and plumbing. They are honest, reliable, professional and top notch. Unreservedly recommended. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.
Our tech was very professional. I feel he did a thorough job as far as the maintenance he performed on our unit. He let us know that our unit is old (14yrs) and soon it will need to be replaced. Of course it wasn't anything we wanted to hear but knew it was happening. So I have agreed to sit down with somebody and figure out what our options are going to be. I have not yet made the appointment but I'm going to and then I can do the review for the rest of this. So far I'm very happy. Thank you, Mason Service: HVAC system maintenance
