they installed a water heater, a month later the valve they installed started leaking at the joint. They sent me back to First American to deal with it, who tried to charge me again. Stand by your work, this should be a no brainer, come fix it no questions asked.

I was required to pay for services in full, up-front, to schedule the appointment. The repairman did not replace all the parts I paid for and confirmed he didn’t. I requested a refund for the parts they confirmed they did not install and they agreed to send me the refund in the mail. It has been three weeks now and no refund. Also, they rarely answer their phone. If I was you lucky to get someone to answer they take a message for “the manager” who has NEVER called me back. I was told once, “the check was mailed…” but nothing. I also requested a detailed invoice but, none has never been sent. Service: Water heater installation

the technician was very good but i had to pay out of pocket for the parts i was told the warranty did not cover them. so that part was very dissapointing why have a warranty
