the technician was very good but i had to pay out of pocket for the parts i was told the warranty did not cover them. so that part was very dissapointing why have a warranty
I am only give 1 star because I can't give 0. Lindsay is EXTREMELY RUDE. She has no people skills she screams and doesn't talk. You can't treat people the way she does if you wish to stay in business. She said she is not going to send anyone out because she got yelled at. Well boo hoo people get screamed at after they were screamed at first. Get over it and maybe you shouldnt be in the service field if you don't want to service the people. When asked for a manager she said she was the manager and she is not sending another person to correct the initial issue. Do not waste your time, money or raise your stress level with this company???? Service: Toilet repair
