The Supervisor they have running the office is rude and VERY UNHELPFUL! I PAID $600 AND I HAVE NO HOT WATER! SHE TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE CANCELED BECAUSE I NEED HELP! The supervisor told me the owner doesn't and won't deal with any problems that the customers have. SHE WAS RUDE ...ACTED LIKE A CHILD AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

This company was sent to my home to diagnose three things by my home warranty company. They sent a very inexperienced plumber here. Who actually broke the toilet to the point it will not flush at all and has Not stopped running as the tank will no longer fill. But he lied and told the warranty company that he fixed the toilet when he actually broke it. Additionally he falsely reported that I purposely broke my faucet that was a product defect of a product less than 6 months old, and stated that water calcification outside was blunt trauma to the piping. When In actuality I’m disabled and completely incapable of the damage the plumber attempted to accuse me of.
