This company did not fix anything for me. They were called out through First American Home Warranty to fix a leak in the kitchen faucet. Jesse was the tech. He did not diagnose the problem accurately. He said I was missing the hot & cold valve under the sink. I informed him that was wrong nothing is missing. That's the way it is. So upon this bad diagnosis my home warranty service denied my claim. Since then I have had a reputable company out who wrote a letter stating when my house was build in 1957 the hot and cold valves were not needed underneath. I called and spoke with Nicole who when I questioned it Jesse was a licensed plumber all she would say is he is a professional. She then transfered me to Lindsay. I must say this lady is the rudest,most unprofessional lady I have spoken to in a long time. She told me I would receive my report within 24 hours. The following day when I didn't receive it I called and asked Nicole for the supervisor and instead I got Lindsay yelling from acr

they installed a water heater, a month later the valve they installed started leaking at the joint. They sent me back to First American to deal with it, who tried to charge me again. Stand by your work, this should be a no brainer, come fix it no questions asked.

the technician was very good but i had to pay out of pocket for the parts i was told the warranty did not cover them. so that part was very dissapointing why have a warranty
