Had the AC up and blowing cold in 45 minutes. They showed up same day and came inside the appointment window hours despite the fact they were very busy. Technician was super friendly, nice to the dogs, and professional even though he had to be on a sweltering roof at 8pm at night. Alyssa in the office was excellent customer service also.
Update: got the new unit installed and there were a few problems but Ian came back out to help and fixed it perfectly! Pricing on the new unit was the best we saw from having a few other quotes done and the service is amazing. We will be sticking with AC doctors from now on. AC doctors is awesome! Ian was my tech and he was great! Walked me through everything and even though the outcome is that I most likely need a new AC unit he was very honest about everything and tried his best to fix the problem without going straight to selling me on a new unit. My unit is 15 years old and it is definitely time. Will be going with them for the install for sure.
Sean was great! On time, very friendly, efficient and fast. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with our split A/C unit in time for our Father's Day party the following day. He also did a quick maintenance check on our main A/C unit as a free courtesy just to ensure everything looked good. We'll definitely use AC Doctors again!
