I was also impressed that they actually answered the phone on the first couple of rings. Answered all my questions including pricing. They were pleasant and courteous. I had looked them up online and noticed A/C Doctors had a 5 star rating online. They were close to my house and affordable to come out and diagnose the problem quickly. They were able to get me scheduled within two days of my first contact with them. They will be my go to AC company and I will share with any one else that needs great service. My technician Ian, proactively called to let me know that he was 15 minutes away from arriving. He arrived on time with a smile and gave excellent service. Easy to talk to about what was happening as he was checking it all out. Through and friendly. Really enjoyed talking to him and watching what he was working on as he explain the process. Had the AC up and blowing cold in 45 minutes. They showed up same day and came inside the appointment window hours despite the fact they were very busy. Technician was super friendly, nice to the dogs, and professional even though he had to be on a sweltering roof at 8pm at night. Alyssa in the office was excellent customer service also.
