Recently switched to Agape Air due to lack of satisfaction from a another AC company. First impressions leave a lasting impact, based on my first impression they are friendly, family owned, and professional. The tech who came out did a great job explaining who they are and the service they would be providing. Very satisfied. Service: A/C system maintenance

Agape Air = Responsive, Communicative, Punctual, Professional, Competent, Affordable. One evening I noticed my rooftop AC unit making an odd crackling sound, so I gave Agape a call. It was my first time needing AC service, and I chose Agape based on a recommendation from a co-worker. I was not disappointed: John took my call even though it was after hours. He fit me in the very next morning, which was fortuitous, since the odd noise shortly escalated into the unit not functioning. John gave me updates regarding when he'd be getting to the house, and arrived when he said he would. It didn't take him long to find the source of the noise/problem ( a failed fan blower relay), and fix it. He also checked the pressures and current draws to assess the health of the (quite old but very well-made) unit. The bill was very reasonable. We started using Agape over 10 years ago when another vendor told us we needed a new furnace and AC. Agape was our 2nd opinion. We’re so glad we called them!!! It did NOT need to be replaced!!! They did an annual service every year since then until about a year and a half ago…on the OLD system! When they told us it was time, we totally trusted them! At that point, we replaced the heating and air conditioning and couldn’t be happier! Family owned and operated, they are always prompt, courteous and very professional.
