Crew was on time and professional. Did a great job and kept me informed every step of the way. Only issue I had was could not get any lead time to purchase or obtain a SEER 16 AC unit. Was told none in stock and no idea how long to get if ordered. Never could get a straight answer. Settled for SEER 14.3 which was one step up from my existing 10 year old unit. Getting a new unit would have liked to have gotten most current technology. Was going to go elsewhere but when I did the calculations the energy cost savings didn’t appear to be a huge difference when considering cost difference of units. Overall Agape has always given great service and honest. I trust them so happy to have given them my business.
Recently switched to Agape Air due to lack of satisfaction from a another AC company. First impressions leave a lasting impact, based on my first impression they are friendly, family owned, and professional. The tech who came out did a great job explaining who they are and the service they would be providing. Very satisfied. Service: A/C system maintenance
Very Disappointed. Agape Air came highly recommended and I thought I had found a cost effective alternative to the bigger names/brands. However, our new AC unit has seen issue after issue and they still can't seem to get it fixed. Two months after installing our new system, we started having issues and ultimately had to get the compressor replaced. I was hopeful that would finally fix our issues but no luck. We've had Agape service techs out here 5 times in the last 3 months, and still our house will not cool down adequately (best we get is 79-81 inside depending on how hot it is outside). One positive note is the service tech customer service has been professional and responsive but unfortunately they've not been able to get the job done. I wasn't planning on leaving a review but they continued to send spam text messages until I did, so here it is. I'll consider updating my review if/when we get past the issues but for now, I would NOT recommend Agape or the Day & Night products. Serv
