This company is top notch. I'm a relatively handy person, and found myself in a predicament while changing my kitchen faucet that I wasn't confident with. I called them up and, rather than try to squeeze money out of me, they listened to my issues and made some extremely helpful suggestions on what I could do on my own to fix the problem. I was able to finish installing my faucet with their guidance. This is honesty, quality, and exceptional customer service all in one interaction. My confidence is so high in them that I'm having a technician come out to assess a potential drain leak I stumbled across.

Correction: There is a known issue with this particular model and it should have been under warranty to fix. Dave from Travis & Sons came out and got it going again. I didn’t watch him work but he explained to both me and my husband (on the phone) how he did it. My husband is a mechanic and later questioned Dave’s explanation of his fix. So my husband called Rheem and Rheem told him that if that was his “fix” then there is definitely something wrong with the water heater. My husband phoned Travis & Sons and spoke with both Marcy and Matt, the owners. After several phone calls, always prompted from us, they are telling us that Dave is giving them a different story about the fix and that someone is lying and they seem to think it’s us, the customer. We were treated very unprofessionally by the owners and employee. I can tell you we will never do business with them again. And we will encourage others to avoid them as well. I used Travis and Sons for a water softener and RO water system. I appreciated several things. First Matt, the owner, was very generous with his time on the phone making sure I understood what I was buying and the process for installation. He also followed up afterwards to verify everything was done not just correctly but to my satisfaction. I’m also super happy with the quality of my new systems. Jr was my plumber. He showed up on time and did a great job. He also texted me a week after to make sure things were good and ask if I had any questions. I had a gas leak and Matt had a crew out promptly to take care of it. Very happy with the service I received from Travis and Sons. Will definitely use them again. George Kreyling
