Anytime your A/C goes out during the middle of summer it is always a miserable time. With Cooper Climate Control I was pleased with their ability to bring a positive outcome from a bad situation. Kendall and his team were responsive and communicated consistently. They were able to repair my unit relatively quick and it has worked efficiently since it was fixed. Absolutely great company to work with from start to finish! Let me first start by saying you get your bang for the buck with this company! Kendall and his crew are clearly perfectionist! They installed an entire HVAC system to include a heat pump, an air handler and a smart thermostat. In addition, they also repaired ductwork that needed the upmost attention. They were quick and efficient and would have been done sooner than later, if not for unforeseen issues. The condensate drain line was clogged up something ferris as well as, not located in an obvious place. That being said quite a bit of drywall had to be cut out in order to find its location and destination. All this of course added some time to the job (about an hour or so. Eventually, it was located and unclogged with some very clever ingenuity (that I observe first-hand)!
