Shawn was amazing. He came in and within minutes knew what was wrong and fixed it. He gave us tips on how to cool down our house quicker and was very pleasant to work with. Costumer service was very helpful when I called to set up the appointment and worked fast in getting Shawn out to the house. Great service.
Shawn and Garrett were amazing. Showed up earlier than I expected on the day my ac went out. They called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive and when they arrived, they promptly diagnosed the issue and communicated it clearly to me. Then proceeded to quickly fix it. Shawn was on time and a pleasure to have in our home. We have 4 dogs and he was great with them, even learned their names, and extremely knowledgeable about the A/C units and was able to help us brainstorm the best way to set up our units for efficiency.
