We spent months looking for a contractor to install a new mini split, and all of the major air conditioning companies wanted to charge us a fortune more than my doctor makes in a day. UFirst give us a quote, which was half price of the other companies for a larger and higher quality equipment. Other companies wanted to charge us $1500 for the electrical run and another company told us we needed to change our entire electrical box for $10,000.
