We came home last night to our ac unit not working and a very hot house. Called Cool Touch Air and Sasha was able to schedule us for the following morning. Tech Luis Martinez arrived and after looking at the unit found the Capacitor was shot and had the part replaced and up and running within 15 minutes. With our unit being close to 6 years old my husband and I decided to also purchase a yearly maintenance for 3 services. This was not pushed on us just suggested but we decided would be a wise investment to keep our unit running properly and cool especially when you also have pets as well. Emilio came out and serviced our unit, the first time it’s been done in 6 years. He was cordial, polite, and kept me up to date on his findings while he investigated the issue. He found problems we didn’t know we had, and fixed them with ease. We are very pleased with the service we received, and we’ll continue to use Cool Touch Air Conditioning for our home HVAC needs for as long as we’re living in the valley.

I found this company by calling around, trying to find someone to do separate ductwork at my home.
