I can't say enough about this company. From the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes to my house, I struggle to find enough kind words to say about them. A couple of years ago I had another company come to repair my broken system only to be left with a bigger headache. I then reached out to Cool Touch for repair service and what a difference. No scare tactics, honest and reasonable cost. Since then I have counted on them and have never been disappointed. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I purchased a service agreement for 2 times yearly maintenance. They call as they state they would, conduct the service call and keep me informed of what they find. My air went out last night, I made a call at 6 AM, left my message and before 7 I received a call back. My technician, Adrian, is the best! I highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry or feel you were cheated.

Fast service, came same day I called. The tech had all the necessary repair parts on the truck. Figured out the problem in 10 minutes. Fixed it it’s no issues. I would recommend using this company if your AC goes down. Same day service is worth a lot.

Emilio came out and serviced our unit, the first time it’s been done in 6 years. He was cordial, polite, and kept me up to date on his findings while he investigated the issue. He found problems we didn’t know we had, and fixed them with ease. We are very pleased with the service we received, and we’ll continue to use Cool Touch Air Conditioning for our home HVAC needs for as long as we’re living in the valley.
