Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The Plumber at Roto Rooter was great! My mother is elderly he took the time to explained the work he completed and the work that needed to be done at a later date. He was super courteous and polite. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Technician Roman was excellent. Knowledgeable and communicative. He had a trainee with him and I was similarly impressed with how he instructed him. Would certainly recommend. Flat fee price seemed a little high but I didn’t check any competitors so maybe it was typical. Service: Drain cleaning

We had an excellent experience with Joe when he came to my mom’s mobile home. He assessed the issue, explained throughly what was happening and why, and gave us practical advice. Joe showed us how to care for the drain problem. We were not charged for the visit. It was a very positive experience and I would use Roto-Rooter again without hesitation. Embarrassingly, I miss- booked the date online and had to call to see if a tech was available that day. The gentleman I spoke to from the dispatch was very professional and kind as well. A couple hours later, Joe was there ready to help!
