James and his partner arrived and assessed not only the problem with my toilet back flow, but was a great advocate for my family. James shared his profound knowledge and years of experience with myself and the landlords to help us to Better understand what needed to be done to protect my family. He was able to help the landlords understand that more was needed than just the toilet repair for the health and safety of my family. James was able to use discovery to determine why my toilet was overflowing with sewer water. James didn’t just chalk it off to be tenant error as my landlord had previously insisted. I had a badly clogged sewer line with years of grease buildup. Allen Davis showed up earlier than expected. He took the time to explain their hydro-jetting process and the benefits. He was patient and a great communicator. At the end, Allen rana camera the entire length of my kitchen sink drain to show that the pipe was not completely clear.
