One of my two ACs was not efficiently cooling so I contacted another AC company that previously serviced them. They came by and “diagnosed” the problem and told me the reversing valve failed and that it would cost >$3000 to fix. I was skeptical so I contacted AirServ for a 2nd opinion The AirServ technician came by and diagnosed that the reversing valve was fine and that the unit was low on Freon due to a very small leak in the blower unit located in my attic. We discussed several options as there is no guarantee that they could fix the small leak without replacing the blower unit. I decided to have the technician refill the Freon and add a leak seal agent rather than replacing the system. So far, the AC is working great. I am very glad I got the 2nd opinion. The AirServ technician was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend them for any AC repair. Service: HVAC system repair
