Joe Money was the tech who came to check and possibly flush my water heater. He gave me an honest opinion and estimates on a new water heater and soft water feature. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me anything but recommended replacing these old units in the future. No service charge!!

BSJ Plumbing and Steve Parks recently completed a large, messy plumbing project for me that required digging up the yard and installing new pipes. Steven was exceptionally courteous, professional, and efficient. He led the job and stayed with the project through to the end. He started working right away to systematically diagnose the issues and he didn’t pass me off to someone new because he was busy with other appointments. Steve patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions and he got answers/confirmation when he wasn’t 100% certain or I requested it. He was honest and didn’t nickel and dime me for every little thing; the quote was fair and reasonable —there were no surprises and they were highly accommodating.
