BSJ Plumbing associate Dustin arrived as scheduled and greeted us with a smile. He put on shoe covers to keep our carpet clean. He diagnosed the issue and quoted us the cost. We gave him the 'go ahead' and he completed the process within a very short time. Our experience with BSJ is always positive and we highly recommend them to those in need of their services.

This is the second time we've used BSJ Plumbing. I appreciated their promptness so that my plans for the rest of the day weren't affected. Joe was courteous and took care of our water heater maintenance and drain quickly. Joe told me that the water heater had very little sediment and was in great shape. I like that this company is honest and doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need or make up problems you don't have. I highly recommend BSJ for your plumbing needs.
