I'm so glad I found these guys! We had been having an intermittent issue with our compressor for over a year. I spoke with a service manager and explained the situation. Noah came out and was awesome! He was very thorough and spent the time to explain what he was seeing and how we should address the issue. I feel so much better going into another summer knowing we no longer have to worry about the problem. The communication from the company from beginning to end was great. We are extremely happy with the service we received from John’s Heating and Air. The installers arrived on time and worked hard in 115 degrees to get our new unit installed. They were polite and professional. We had a quote from another company but Andrew not only gave us a better price, he gave us a Trane unit where the other quote was for a brand we had never heard of.
