terrible company completely unprofessional! called to inquire about mess being left by sub-contractors and being sworn at by them. lady was rude and said she would call her lawyer on me lol if i brought up there issues at my his meeting! joke for customer service!

We met with Chuck and Mike in January and by the end of February our pool digging had started. They are very professional and helped us get our new pool with the best size as possible, considering our backyard size/existing retaining wall, etc (we had remodeled our backyard a few years ago and we were trying to see the best approach to add the pool and not mess too much with all the existing work done). Terry kept me updated, if there were any changes in the schedule. The start up date was only moved by a week from the original one, due to bad weather (April). Bob (pool supervisor) was great to work with! We love our new pool!

American Backyards just finished our pool and we cannot be more pleased! They started our dog on April 21 and we filled on June 5! They worked with us to make sure our contractors were on time and were extremely helpful when something didn’t go right, even though it was out of their control. Highly recommend this company.
