Champion Air means business - a solid, efficient and professional company. Our 2 zone system is over 16 years old, had high operating costs, and began to blow run capacitors and motors on a regular basis. On Sunday, we drove to Costco and met with Ronald who provided basic information on Champion Air and what they were about, and what products they installed (Lennox - the top of the line). He set up an appointment with Neil for us on the following day. We gave Neil the tour of the house, showed him our aging equipment, explained the issues we were facing and he did the calculations to decide what systems to install, and we agreed on a price. He is a no nonsense, honest and straightforward person. He means what he says, and is up front with information and answers. There's no need to haggle. The final numbers were reached without any "salesman tactics". We got 2 amazing systems fully installed THE VERY NEXT DAY. Carlos Martinez and his crew arrived at 7am and worked tirelessly
We used Champion Air to replace our A/C system that was nearly 20 years old and went out on Wed. Larry came out gave us quote on Thursday. He even patched up the old unit so we would have A/C until the new unit was installed (no charge). Carlos and his helper were out Friday morning and installed the new unit. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this company.
Larry showed up on time and figure out the capacitor issue quickly. The cap was covered under warranty and he offered me a Compressor Saver Hard Start kit to help improve life. I had him install these in both of my units and he took off the labor and service call fees. Unfortunately, I also needed 3 lbs of R410A in one unit and 4 lbs in the other, which added a lot to the bill. Since my units are only 4 years old, they most likely were not filled properly when installed. The good news is that they should now work better.
