Some of the worst installs iv ever seen in the industry... no integrity in their work ...if you want a slap-n-go type of company this is the spot
I’m giving one star for the company and one star for the manager as well as the first tech tech that came to my residence. There was poor communication, they were not efficient, they did not bring me a cooling unit like they said while my AC was out for 6 days in the middle of July here in AZ. I am however giving Jenna five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She came out the 3rd time and went above and beyond. Was extremely professional and did her job thoroughly. She explained the thermostat, corrected mistakes made by the previous tech, and went over future options for me as well. So thank you Jenna for your great service!! Service: HVAC system repair
