I called Hanson Family Plumbing and Air this afternoon as our water heater was leaking and they had someone out in less than two hours. Our tech Mason was amazing! We’ve used Hansen Family Plumbing three times over the last 3-to-4 years. Once for a major job and twice for minor repairs. We can’t recommend them enough. Professional, timely, knowledgeable, experienced, and educational. They are so good at what they do that my family has enjoyed watching them work. They make it look easy. This was our first time using Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. I scheduled a tune-up going into the hot summer months since we had just purchased our house and wanted to make sure the unit was operating efficiently. James was our technician. He arrived on time and we got text updates as to when he was heading our way, etc. which I appreciated! James was very professional and did a great job. He let me know of a couple of things that we may need to address down the line with the unit. I know nothing about AC units ???? and he did a great job of explaining it all to me! I will definitely be using Hansen Family again for plumbing and AC needs. Service: A/C system maintenance
