I had Jorge and Joel come out to the rescue and they were a true life saver! My sewer was backing up and and I saw how they put their plan together to find the problem. I contacted Hero Home Services because I had what I thought was plumbing problems but it was actually the pipes. Yikes! Christobal and Orlando were very professional and did a great job in explaining the problem and the process that they would go through to fix it. Orlando even drew pictures for me to understand the problem...I needed this because I am not a plumber! They started the work and brought in Guillermo. He did an excellent job in explaining what he was doing, his workmanship was great and he was fast. He worked with Alex to attach all of the new pipes and cleaned up everything afterwards.
