I contacted Hero Home Services because I had what I thought was plumbing problems but it was actually the pipes. Yikes! Christobal and Orlando were very professional and did a great job in explaining the problem and the process that they would go through to fix it. Orlando even drew pictures for me to understand the problem...I needed this because I am not a plumber! They started the work and brought in Guillermo. He did an excellent job in explaining what he was doing, his workmanship was great and he was fast. He worked with Alex to attach all of the new pipes and cleaned up everything afterwards. I had Jorge and Joel come out to the rescue and they were a true life saver! My sewer was backing up and and I saw how they put their plan together to find the problem. Ernesto came to my home becuase of clogged pipes. It was determined that my entire sewer main had collapsed. Ernesto and his team made short work of our problems. The Hero team is very professional and caring. They understand the importance of whats happening and all the stress it is for the family including the dogs. They work very quickly and hard to get things back right us. Ernesto walked us through everything always fully explaining the situation and answering any question we had.
