Adam showed up right on time. He knew exactly how to resolve our AC issue and took care of it in a timely manner. We were desperate for the repair given the high temperatures in Scottsdale. I highly recommend Valley Services Heating and Cooling!

My freezer worked, but my fridge quit cooling. I called, Judy came out same day & replaced the Air Diffuser (needed). When that didn't solve the problem she came back next day and replaced the Defrost Thermostat. Freezer & Fridge are working great & I would recommend Valley Services to anyone who needs the services they provide. And the price was right! Really great experience. The tech arrived and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, showed me what she replaced and was very polite and helpful. I took off one star because they were supposed to be there between 3-6 and she showed up at 5:50. While it’s still within the time I feel like it is somewhat the same as going to a restaurant 10 minutes before closing. It’s just a little unpleasant. Other than that, a great experience, they’ll be the folks I turn to for any future repairs I may need. Service: Dryer repair
