During one of the hottest days in Arizona, the air conditioner stopped working. When told that my wife was bedbound, Weather Masters had a crew at the house within an hour and the unit was fixed within 3 hours. Weather Masters went out of their way to make sure that my wife would be able to stay in her own bed that night. This is not the first time that they have continued to provide outstanding service. Weather Masters came out to change the filter for our R/O system. They were on time and the technician texted me when he was on his way along with a picture so I knew who to expect. I felt safe with him in my phone. When the system started acting up again, they sent another technician out for I charge to fix something that was missed the first time around. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.
We’ve used Weather Masters for our toilet replacement and our AC replacement. They gave us great service while also being the best value for our money.
