Brian was quick to respond to our broken circuit to several outlets in one of our offices. He came out himself to diagnose the problem and went above and beyond any reasonable expectations. Whomever remodeled before had not installed junction boxes when connecting wires and covered them inside the walls. Brian came out and changed out a dryer outlet that it turned out had been improperly installed years ago. He was able to get out to us very quickly and took care of the problem.
