Shoddy work! 2019 paid them to fix roof leakage, 3 years later and leaking in the exact same spots again. The crew cracked tiles and didn't say anything, very shady! I happened to be on my roof and had to call them out on there poor quality. I am out of my warranty and now they want 24k for a whole new roof! Total sham, I will be giving 24k to a more professional company. I am convinced the 5 star review they previously held was all family or friends and this is NOT a 5 Star company . Do yourself a favor and seek a different roofer. Daryl the owner needs to develop his customer service skills, it is my pleasure to bust up this bogus 5 star rating and bring this companies true services to light. We recently had storm damage that allowed us to replace our entire roof. A friend recommended The Roof Medics and the insurance company approved them as a vendor. The short endorsement is, from the first phone call to the very last clean up details, Daryl and his team did a great job. My 2nd time using them for a spray foam roof application and turned out great. I was a little nervous this time around because this remodel I had the main roof opened up. So if it rain it wouldn't be good for the rest of the home. They made sure to fit me in before the rains came. Daryl and his crew did a good job! I will use again when needed.
