We had our AC unit stop working and within the same day Air-Zona had someone at the house within a few hours to check it out. Our unit was determined to be older than we thought and the compressor was bad. Based on the replacement cost for a compressor It was more cost effective to replace the HVAC system with something more efficient. Garret was in touch immediately with a phone qoute for the replacement. They offer American Standard which we preferred. Since we were needing to wait due to the busy schedule they were able to set up a loaner heat pump within 24 hours to keep the house cool until the new system is installed. Truly amazing service. No other company offered a loaner so we moved forward with making Air-zona our installer. They had always serviced our unit over the years and were always quick and efficient.
