We returned from visiting family in the Midwest to find out our upstairs AC quit working. We tried replacing the capacitor, but the 20 year old compressor finally quit working. I called many companies (you know the ones on TV all the time) and had major sticker shock. I had "friends of friends" come and offer to hook us up "under the table" (no thanks, we prefer above board business). Then, a friend from church recommended Air-Zona Air, and I am glad they did. From the first phone call, I could tell this was a different sort of company. No pushy sales tactics, excellent communication, and genuinely kind people. They showed up on time, were respectful of our home (carpet protectors, no loud music blasting, and cleaned up when they were done. It felt like giving breech birth as I was selecting an HVAC company and I am glad that Air-Zona made the "delivery" of our complete HVAC system! Noel, the tech, was prompt, fast & knowledgeable at diagnosing our issues. I was referred to this company by a friend who boasted about how they are a great family owned business.
