Trevor was phenomenal in assessing where the leak was coming from. In this case he had to cut through a pantry wall and garage wall to make sure where the leak was coming from. It was leaking from a worn out toilet wax ring, which he replaced. The cost was more than I expected but he provided the intangibles, such as his knowledge and getting a restoration company to come right over to get a claim going with my insurance company for the damages.
