Our air conditioner went out today. It’s the middle of summer, 110 degrees outside, after business hours, and peak season for A/C service repair. We had little hope we would get any sleep tonight. We were crossing our fingers that we could get help by tomorrow, at the earliest. We called Peter Bartos at State 48 Home Services and received unbelievable service! Soon after our call, Sean Meier was at our door. He was friendly, professional, and so capable that he had cool air in our house 90 minutes after our initial call. Had to purchase two AC units for my house here in Phoenix. The experience with State 48 Home Services was absolutely incredible. Started with Sean coming over to explain the install and everything went as exactly as he explained. No surprises, straightforward and totally commendable. There was even a slight delay on one of the parts for my units and Sean kept the original appointment until we knew for sure whether or not the part would make it in on time. And it did! Then Stefan Quam came out to install, 4 days later mind you, in 118° heat. This guy is absolutely amazing. He kept things moving, kept the other guys in The Crew moving forward and did everything to perfection. He answered my questions, and there were many, and explained what he expected to get done and when. Putting in 12-hour days to get this done for me and my family. I cannot say enough about Stefan. 48 State did an outstanding job of insulating my garage attic. Anthony Pitruzzello brought out his crew per the scheduled time, finished under his estimated insulation time, and cleaned up the entire job site. Outstanding job. I highly recommend Anthony and 48 State.
