Great company their customer service is top notch.. Always so friendly and courteous
$1000 to clear a drain. Unauthorized charges. Poor follow up. Wouldn’t recommend there are better honest plumbers out there.
I was scheduled for service on Friday September 16th between 12 & 4 the plumber never showed. So I called on Monday to reschedule for Wednesday 21st at 8AM the plumber never showed again. When I called to complain I was told there was an emergency. I said why didn't you call and let me know because my time is important to me as yours is to you. The man on the phone hung up on me. This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Never again will I use this company and told everyone I know not to use it either.
