Sound Plumbing

We can't thank Sound Plumbing enough! I had called after hours with an emergency & they didn't have anyone at the time but the office manager heard my call, called me back & said she was sending someone out, even if it was 10pm, but within minutes she called back to say Richard was on his way! We have 2 litters of puppies so couldn't be without water, another reason we're so grateful for their quick response to help us. Richard was amazing, knowledgeable & so kind, even offered to come back the following day to make sure everything was OK, free of charge. He got us fixed up in 30 mins & even taught us a couple things to avoid issues in the future. We definitely will use Sound Plumbing in the future if anything arises. Thanks again! Sound Plumbing was professional and quick. My water heater was leaking and I was due for a new one. I thought I needed to switch to a tankless since everyone suggested so but Brian told me I didn’t need to switch to something so costly. I felt like Brian was honest and informative about the pros and cons of both heaters, he wasn’t pushy about selling anything.
