I needed help with a major clog and they were helpful enough to reroute a tech to help us out. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable and detailed. He not only got our clog cleared but ensured that all the other bathrooms were not clogged. I will always use Sound plumbing and refer them. Definitely 5 stars. We had a plumbing emergency minutes before leaving on a trip. I was shocked to learn not only could someone come today, but within two hours! The lady on the phone gave me a run down, so there would be no surprises, and she was so kind. The plumbers kept me updated on their arrival. They fixed it in minutes and explained what had happened.
