The Plumber Guy

I have been a customer of The Plumber Guy for several years. They have always responded to my requests quickly and professionally. Yesterday my hot water heater working and today, less than 24 hours later I have a new one installed and functioning. The young man, Riley, worked diligently in a hot garage to meet my needs. I wouldn't consider another plumbing company.

The Plumber Guy sent Jaraldo Newland to redo our new main water supply line on 7/19. Jaraldo arrived on 7/19 early morning with another young guy. Before they started to work, my husband ran the automatic sprinkler system. It ran good, and had water in the front yard and back yard. These two guys and their subcontractor drilled the hole in the front yard and go through underneath the drive way to the other side of the house in order to make a new water supply line. After they were done with the new water supply line, we have no water to our front and back yards. They replaced our front shutoff valve, but our sprinkler siphon valve no longer works. They filled in our yard they dug up, but just shoveled dirt and rock together. The result was dirt and rock on the bottom, with giant dirt chunks on top of the rock. I was in the middle of a bathroom remodeling that I was doing myself. The connection for the tub drain was a bit concerning to me due to the implications of getting it wrong. I called the Plumber Guy to get a quote for that part of the work. They showed up on time, gave a reasonable estimate, and completed the work same day. Very happy with the service.
