Very happy with my experience. The plumber was personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what it would cost for the repair. He even spent a little time talking to me about some upgrades I would like to do in the future. I will definitely use them in the future. Service: Toilet repair

He evaluated the situation and clearly explained the options. He came with the necessary replacement hardware and fixed our problem quickly. At my request he also evaluated two other issues and gave both explanations and probable cost estimates. I have already scheduled the next fix-it appointment.
