My experience with Frontline was excellent. I had storm damage to my roof and needed a replacement. Anthony, from Frontline, helped me through this whole process. He did all the work dealing with the insurance company, making it a very easy process for me. He explained everything thoroughly. After my old roof was removed, they found that there was no plywood underlayment, which doesn't comply with the current building code. Anthony dealt with the insurance company to get the extra cost for that added to my payout. The roofers did a great job, and I was very happy with the result. My neighbor who used a different company said she was finding nails in her yard for weeks afterward. I didn't find a single nail. They did a very thorough clean-up when they were finished. They were very upfront and took care of all details. This also includes the office girls, especially Teresa who I got to know. She was always friendly and professional, always seemed the have the answers to my questions, and if not found out and called me back. The roofers were very good and did a great job of clean-up.
