This roofing service company was helpful in renovating the roofing of my grand-parents house before the onset of winters. The team was highly professional and knowledgeable. They kept me posted regarding everything as I was not present there. They also cleared the mess out themselves each day after work. My grand-parents were highly impressed by the quality of their work.

I honestly cannot say enough reasons why Speciality roofing is the company to go to for any and all of your roofing needs. First off, they have great reasonable pricing with no after the fact gouging on the price. Secondly, the project was done ahead of schedule and they somehow managed to leave my property cleaner than when they arrived. Thirdly, the workmanship was astounding. The gentlemen that showed up acted very polite and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I was very anxious and stressed out when trying to figure out who I should hire to replace my roof, but now that the project is complete I can say that I am so very grateful that I used Speciality Roofing. If you are looking for an honest and reasonable company that provides quality work, then this is the place to call.

SR will gladly put a roof on your home, but hope it doesn't leak, because it's hell to get them to cover their work and fix anything under warranty. Six year old roof leaking in two places now and it's been since August, 2016 since we initiated the process of trying to get them to fix it under their warranty. Funny thing is, it never leaked before they put a new roof on. Only reason we replaced was a hailstorm damaged a large number of tiles and insurance company said "get a new roof". I suggest trying elsewhere if you cannot handle frustration and the run around. Update 3/2/18 - they’ve thrown bandaids at it twice and it’s still leaking.
