I was extremely impressed with Trident from my very first interaction while requesting a quote for reverse osmosis water filter and water softener. They are unbelievably responsive, communicative, professional and understood when we needed to reschedule our appointment three times due to our new build home not being ready on time. They called the morning off of our appointment and then followed up by sending an informative biography via text of our technician. It was very personalized service from beginning to end! Our technician, Tyler, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The entire process has been one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had in a very long time. I feel very grateful that our friends recommended them!

I was in need of a warranty exchange for a water heater. Taylor was very pleasant and informative of the process. She had technician Devin out to the rescue within an hour. He and his partner had the new water heater installed up in running in a couple hours. They are super responsive and their prices are fair! Recently took great care of a rental I manage that had a leaking water softener. They got right out and gave me an estimate and when the owner decided which way they wanted to go they were able to get out FAST!
