Love the whole crew at Trident Plumbing! Everyone is so awesome! They are professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and always service my home with a smile and kindness. We called Trident for a second quote on a tankless water heater. I spoke to the scheduler, who was pleasant and helpful, and was immediately sent a calendar reminder of the appointment. 30 minutes before the apt time, I received a text message telling me the tech was on the way, along with a short bio of the tech coming out. The tech was very professional and patient with our questions. We loved the service provided so much, that we went ahead and had them install a water softener system also. We are very satisfied with their complete service, from scheduling to installation. We will definitely use Trident again and happily refer them to our friends and neighbors!
