When you are in need of help, it is such a relieve to get the friendly and positive sounding office ladies to quickly set up my repair appointment. The young gentleman who came to the house was friendly and respectful. He first made sure it was not something that needed repair and showed me how to check that myself in the future. He also explained how best to keep the disposal rust free and in good working order. Unfortunately, my disposal had died on me. He check everything in connection with the garbage disposal and changed out a seal. He did a thorough job and I am very pleased with the repair. Had a plumbing issue in our main bathroom. Called Trident and they came and gave me and estimate and was able to complete the job while here for the estimate. Job done. Tyler was a very pleasant young man to work with. Would call them again if I need plumbing work done.
