Had an AC unit quit on me one night. The very next day, Emanuel was able to fit me into his schedule. Turned out to be a bad capacitor. I took time to have him check my second unit, I order to make sure there weren't any hidden issues. At no point did I feel pressured or upsold about anything; the whole process felt honest, and professional.
