Owner/tech Terry came and diagnosed my AC on July 7 and was sent to my home warranty company. Part arrived August 9th and on August 10 Salais Air submitted a new diagnosis now including $800 charges in modifications to my AC. After speaking with Terry he said it was labor. But my home warranty company would cover the labor to replace this cost. Bait and switch to get $800 out of my pocket from me after not having AC over 30 days in Phoenix area in July.u My home warranty said they covered labor but not modifications. Terry said pretty much it was their fault the charges were not on the there in July and had to be paid out of pocket by me. All he had to do was submit it correctly for it to be covered and this was verified with my home warranty company. Buyer beware of extra charges. Service: A/C system maintenance
