if you never read another review, read this one. Astonishing customer service, like it used to be in the 1950's and 1960's. Bill and Rubecca, the owners are "hands on" with their crew. Top notch equipment, no short cuts, professional in every way. Very punctual and neat. They cleaned up, like you would never know they had been there. We had multiple estimates from large companies, and were 30% more expensive, than Worlock Air. Of course the big companies charge more to pay for their advertising. We are so thankful we found them. I have 4 AC units on my property, in the course of one year, all four went down. Each time I was treated with respect, my time was respected and they valued my satisfaction. I reached out to several contractor for quotes to replace my AC unit. Worlock Air Conditioning's quote was one of the lowest. Since I already had them replace my other AC unit several years ago, I chose them again. They showed up when they said they would and the crane arrived and left and the installation was completed in less time than they estimated to me.
