Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. It was great to see how efficient and well thought out Able Chacon handled this job!! Thank you Ryan for allowing me to give credit where credit is due!! Honesty and integrity are important to me, even more so than an AC system. I was trying to find someone to figure out what was happening with our company AC system. The first AC company that responded tried to charge me $550 for a $50 part and sign me up for a 2 year/$2000 maintenance plan. The second company stated "I am 90% sure it's this part" without actually testing it. Then gave me a quote of $7000 to fix or $16000 to replace, upselling me on a new system. Alliance Plumbing came out on time, professional. The techs immediately tested the system and gave me realistic options, and I replaced the system with them for $8000. It was refreshing to have someone come out to solve a problem and make a fair bid to do so. I now have a go-to AC and plumbing company. Anyone know a car mechanic with the same integrity?
