BEWARE!! I wish I could post zero stars. I was in the privacy of my own home taking a nap on my couch. Meanwhile, Southwest was working on my roof. I woke up from my nap alarmed to make eye contact with a man peeping through my high window. The man was holding something in his hand that appeared to resemble a phone. I immediately covered up and took a picture as he THEN proceeded to tape my window up. I do live in an apartment complex and the HOA did not notify me because the work was not being on my specific building. I called the police and they told me making a complaint would not do much because I am over 18... which I do not understand because I did not consent to this. Next, I called Southwest and they also told me there was not work being done on the windows near my unit. However- they were working on some roofing the building over—super creepy...I asked them to please go through the employees phone and remove any photos and they refused. Sub Contractors Beware, this company does not pay as agreed! I have called and talked to Rob the owner 3x and he always says he will look into it and call back but guess what.... he never calls back so if you do not want to get stiffed on your work, run from Roofing Southwest and Rob.
