To whom it may concern, your technician by the name of Carson came this evening to fix our AC issue and he was absolutely outstanding! He knew the problem within 5 min of his arrival and literally had our AC fixed immediately! I am so impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and his kindness! Carson is definitely a valuable employee and I would most definitely recommend Carson to everyone I know that experiences an AC issue. Also, the young lady that spoke with me over the phone to get Carson to me was also wonderful and very caring in regards to our situation and my husband's health. I forgot her name and I apologize to her for that however she is also a very valuable employee to your company as she went above and beyond to comfort me and help us and she sure came through so please make sure this gets to these two wonderful people! Had a capacitor replaced last Saturday and Mike was informative and professional. Set up an appointment for a quote on A/C replacement. Michelle come out. And her too informative and professional. I placed a call at 5:00pm and had me scheduled for that night between 7-11pm. Garrett the first technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to provide us with a portable air conditioner as a part was needed from the warehouse. Today they called at 6:45am and let me know a technician would arrive this morning to fix our air conditioner. Matt arrived promptly and was able to fix it in a timely manner. I highly recommend George Brazil.
