Turn It On Electric

I want to preface this with saying I was not asked or prompted to review in any way, I was so impressed I am writing this completely of my own volition. Alex and Bob were both incredibly professional, courteous, and patient. They arrived at the very start of my service window, and took extra time to explain their findings to me and look into additional hazards they noticed not on the original inspection list. They provided an incredibly detailed quote the same day, and I cannot thank them enough for their attention and effort. Above and beyond service.

From the first moments of interacting with Turn It On Electric I was impressed. Their online scheduling system was easy to navigate and the fact they had next day availability was frankly unbelievable! Most companies are so backed up to get an appointment in a week would be a miracle! On the day of our appointment I received a text with Bob's (our tech's) picture, letting us know he was on his way and a way to track his arrival. Bob was courteous, professional and made sure we knew everything that was happening with our situation. The issue was fixed quickly and even came with a one year warranty which was an unexpected bonus! The next time we need electric service Turn It On will be first on our list. Absolute rip off and slow to respond. So estimated started out by technician coming out and saying he cant diagnose because it to high in the air (20ft) so an estimate was provided to me for $1000 with scissor lift, we got it knocked down to $500 when we provided the scissor lift. Took a few more days to get the back out to look at it. Tech said bad driver. Several days later Im provided with an updated quote of $800. OK great you would assume $500 the first time and $300 for the part. BUT NOOOOOO. They wanted $500 for the first visit and another $800 to come back out. I should have known when on their "itemized" invoice they don't list out $$$ amount just the number #1. AVOID AVOID AVOID Service: Light fixture repair
