Clear Air Conditioning and Heating

As my plane landed in Seattle I got messages from the pet sitter in Phoenix that my ac was not working. It was evening and I contacted Clear Air Conditioning right away. It was about 10 pm and they took on my emergency call right away. Daniel Lord accepted the job and kept me and the pet sitter informed every step of the way with a helpful and happy attitude. He took pictures and kept us both informed and with the new part and a sign up to get spring and fall checkups we were soon done. Daniel was exceptional in his work and people skills. Woke up to AC not working, called my normal AC company and was told could not come out until tomorrow. Called Clear Air and they had a tech out within 2 hours got AC fixed same day. Pricing the same or lower than the big name company I normally use. Will be using Clear Air from now on

Tyler went the extra mile to restore our AC. He tracked down a warranty part after hours and worked until after midnight to get us up and running. Everything was clearly communicated as the work was being done. Service: HVAC system repair
