AZ Perfect Comfort

We are retired and disabled and were without air-conditioning for over 12 hours in 110 degrees and they came to our rescue on the weekend after hours. We are so greatfull for their timely presents and professionalism. Andrew was amazing. Thanks again for your wonderful service.

HVAC service after the sale is and still is substandard for a Trane dealer. Unit installed with a freon leak, issue pointed out after 30 days after installation but their tech did not seek out leaks but instead the low freon was part of their install method. Then the same problem (high temps in home) arose after another 30 days. I cried out its a freon leak, I took the tech time to realize I was right. Classic case of get the sale and let the service issues become someones else issue. Even when I called the service line the first thing the girl told me "it will cost you $99". They dump their responsibility only after on 90 days to someone named JB Warranty. I am within 30 days of my warranty being turned over and still no communication from this home warranty service JB Warranty. Trane should pull their relationship from AZ Perfect Comfort. They are not a good reflection on the Trane brand. Service: Heating system installation

Tim Stockton did an amazing job. So happy with his ability to explain in detail the issues we are having with both AC units. I appreciate his honesty and ability to put us on a good path to hopefully replace both units that are 19 years old.
