The tech who came out, Johny, was very professional and helpful. He arrived on time and even communicated his ETA in advance. He was personable and explained everything in easy to understand terms. I cannot say enough about the team at Integrity Air! I used them to put in this unit seven years ago or so because they are a part of the Rosie on the House network whom I trust for all of my home needs and I continue to use them because their name says it all. We all know what the summer of 2023 has been like so I can’t imagine how busy they are but when I called on a Sunday night to tell him that it was not working, they jumped right on it Monday morning and within hours had me up, and running again!
