I cannot say enough about the team at Integrity Air! I used them to put in this unit seven years ago or so because they are a part of the Rosie on the House network whom I trust for all of my home needs and I continue to use them because their name says it all. We all know what the summer of 2023 has been like so I can’t imagine how busy they are but when I called on a Sunday night to tell him that it was not working, they jumped right on it Monday morning and within hours had me up, and running again! As usual, very pleased with Integrity AC & Heating l.l.c. The service technician, Mateo, sent a link to track his progress to our house. The service was scheduled for 10:30 AM, he was able to arrive shortly after 9:00 AM and was done by 10:45 AM. He was very professional in explaining the AC problem and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. If you haven't had the good fortune to use Integrity AC, I would highly recommend them.
