Superb service from the start !! I had sprung a water leak at the main line between the meter and the house. Office staff is awesome and extremely helpful. My Tech (Hayden) was not only on time, but early. The leak detection company also arrived early so they were actually able to complete the repair while I was on vacation. Good guy plumber accidentally missed a leaky pipe so only 50% of the work was done. I was ready to close wall and be done with it, so had I not noticed it, there'd been another leak, another $500. Called up the office and only heard crickets when I asked about price and a possible discount. Fixed it myself. Hope your CEO gets that 3rd yacht.

My plumber retired so I was looking for a new plumber for my house and rental properties. Someone suggested Moon Valley Plumbing. I contacted them and they sent out a technician for a faucet installation. He also said I need a new valve. So he proceeded with the work. He was onsite 45 minutes changed out my faucet but did not replace the valve. My bill was over $300.00. Which is about $200.00 to high. I called to speak with the owner, but never received a call back. Will not use Moon Valley Plumbing again. Service: Faucet installation
